2. Ordering & Payment

   •    All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
   •    We accept payments via Square, who accept all major credit and debit cards, including Amex, and also accept PayPal.
   •    Orders are processed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   •    We offer shipping across the UK.
   •    Once an order is placed, items are generally sent out on the day of order and should arrive with you within 3-5 working days. We will email you the link for tracking once the order has been dispatched. Please contact us directly if you'd like to upgrade to a faster shipping method.
   •    Delays due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.

4. Returns & Refunds

   •    We must be notified of any requests to refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Providing the item is unused, in its original packaging which is undamaged, and accompanied by a receipt. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund. Please contact us via phone or email us should you need to arrange a return or report an issue.
   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
   •    Refunds will be processed within 5 working days upon receiving the returned item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
